Century Snacks of Commerce, CA, is recalling certain 16 OZ. bags of Tropical Trail Mix because they may contain milk, soy, wheat & cashew allergens & this is not declared on the package. Individuals who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk, soy, wheat or cashews run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
Tropical Trail Mix was distributed to retail outlets throughout Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia & Washington.

Mas Food Services Co. of Oakland Park, FL is recalling its 15 ounce packages of The Peruchef brand dry potato because it may contain undeclared sulfites. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to sulfites run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
1200 units of the above-mentioned product were distributed to & available for purchase at retail supermarkets in Florida, Virginia, New Jersey, & Maryland.
The Peruchef Brand Dry Potatoes come in a 15-ounce, printed plastic bag marked with “Dry potato” and “Papa Seca Serrana” on the label with an expiration date of August 2019. The product UPC is 7755864000194.

Sugarfina, Inc. Issues Allergen Labeling Alert for Undeclared Eggs in Sugar Cookies Product

Sugarfina, Inc. is recalling its Sugar Cookies product because the label does not declare that this product contains egg. People who have allergies or severe sensitivities to eggs run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
Sugar Cookies were sold in Sugarfina, Inc. retail stores throughout the U.S., & select Nordstrom Department stores in Oregon, Arizona, California, Texas, Illinois,Washington, & other boutique retail stores. The miniature, white-chocolate coated cookies were most commonly sold in a clear lucite cube that held approximately 3.5 ounces (UPC: 840278113725 | SKU #K1175), or sold in a blue plastic bag that contains approximately 2.5 lbs (UPC: 840278122123| SKU #K1016), & in a clear plastic bag that contains approximately 0.8 oz. (UPC: 840278109414 | SKU #K0521).
No illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported to date. Sugarfina decided to initiate the voluntary recall of all lots shortly after an internal label review identified that the labeling statement did not identify eggs. The product is otherwise safe to consume.

Badger Botanicals, LLC of Springville, Utah is recalling Green Suma, Red Suma, Green Hulu 2, & Red Hulu 2 kratom dietary supplements sold directly to consumers via the company website from January 1st, 2018 to April l 12th, 2018 in pouches of 250g, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and other people with weakened immune systems. Healthy people infected with Salmonella should monitor themselves for some or all of the following symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or bloody diarrhea, abdominal cramping & fever. Rarely, Salmonella can result in more serious ailments, including arterial infections, endocarditis, arthritis, muscle pain, eye irritation, & urinary tract symptoms. Consumers exhibiting these signs after having contact with this product should contact their healthcare providers.

Maya Distribution, LLC of South Salt Lake City, Utah is voluntarily recalling Dragon Kratom labeled bottles & sealed packages of encapsulated & raw powder product because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious & sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and other people with weakened immune systems.  Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting & abdominal pain. Stonewall Kitchen Voluntarily Recalls a Limited Amount of Basil Pesto Aioli due to Mislabeling & Undeclared Presence of the Dairy Allergen, Egg

Stonewall Kitchen is voluntarily recalling a limited amount of 10.25oz Basil Pesto Aioli with an Enjoy By date of 28 Sep 2019 which may contain the undeclared allergen egg, as we may have inadvertently placed the label for our Basil Pesto on a small portion of our most recent production run. Basil Pesto Aioli contains the dairy allergen egg, whereas Basil Pesto does not. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. The case pack is correctly labeled as Basil Pesto Aioli, it is the individual units which may have the incorrect label (Basil Pesto) on the jar.
We began shipping this product on Monday April 23rd, & we have determined that this error was limited to no more than 732 units which were shipped to 38 different wholesale retailers, all of whom have been contacted.
